How do you verify sellers?
Every seller submits national ID or commercial registration. Our team reviews the documents against the listing details before it goes live. Brokers additionally provide their licence number.
Do you charge commission?
No. Listing is free and we take nothing from the sale. We're a marketplace, not a brokerage.
What if a listing is sold but still showing?
Report it and we remove it within 24 hours. Listings also expire automatically after 60 days unless renewed.
Are the payment plans official?
Payment plans come from the developer or owner and we display them as provided. Always confirm terms in writing before paying.
Do you cover governorates outside Cairo?
